I’ve been a little hesitant to try new concoctions with spinach and kale in smoothies because I’m afraid they won’t turn out well and I hate wasting food. But I have to tell you…I hit the nail on the head with this one!!! Try this kale-pineapple smoothie to kick off your day like I did!
Blend together:
1 banana

Fresh juice from 1/2 a lime

1tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cucumber
1 cup kale
1 cup frozen pineapple (if your pineapple isn’t frozen just add some ice)
