Mornings are hard- for me especially. But how we start off our day really does set the tone for the coming hours. Which is why one of my absolute favorite ways to put some oomph into my morning is a green smothie. I have tried several green smoothie recipes but none compare to this in my opinion!

Blend together:

1 orange

1 banana

1 slice of lime

1 cup of spinach

A little over 1 cup fresh pineapple

1/2 cup water

About 5 ice cubes

Blend until smooth and voila! A great, healthy, and yummy start to your day! So don’t let mornings get you down…tackle them head on with the pep you need to get through the day.
