There are a million different ways to make overnight oats. But I like to make them with everyday ingredients I always have in my kitchen.Β Always on hand, always healthy. Here’s what you’ll need for this quick and easy, grab-n-go breakfast:

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp agave

1/2 tsp cinnamon

3/4 cup vanilla almond milk

1/2 banana, sliced

The night before, toss all the ingredients except the banana in a mason jar and shake it all up. Keep refrigerated until morning and then toss in the sliced banana and eat up!
