Who doesn’t love comfort food? I might love it just a little too much, but this healthy hash will keep you coming back for more! It’s simple, it’s quick, it’s delicious!

Here’s what you do:

Peel and cube sweet potatoes and butternut squash (as much as you want) and toss in olive oil. Lightly salt and bake (covered) at 425 for 30 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup when finished and enjoy! A healthy comfort food that keeps you full without the guilt! And who doesn’t love that?
