I have a smoothie for or with breakfast almost every day. They curb my sweet tooth and give me powerful antioxidants my body needs. These three are honestly theΒ bestΒ tasting smoothies I have ever made and I hope you like them too!

The first is the super-fruit and super simple Blueberry Bliss



Blend together:

  • 1 large apple (I used Honeycrisp)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

The next is my Cool as a Cucumber, which is light and refreshing



Blend together:

  • 3/4 of a medium-large cucumber (flavor your water with the rest) πŸ™‚
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple

And finally, I give you Tropical Paradise. MyΒ favoriteΒ one of all!



Blend together:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 clementine
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple


How simple are those!? Sometimes the simple smoothies are the tastiest. I buy my frozen fruit in bulk and Costco, and as always if you do not have a high power blender such as Vitamix or Ninja you can always stick with fresh fruit and blend with ice to make it cold.
