Curious as to what my washcloth workout is? Well let me tell you…it contains some pretty hard moves that targets your arms, legs,Β andΒ core. All you’ll need is a hard, smooth surface and two washcloths. Complete this set 3-4 times for a great workout. Lets go!

 

AB CRUNCHER

Start with a cloth under each foot in plank position. Without moving your hands slide your feet as close as you can to your hands. Use those abs! Complete 15 reps per set.

ARM CIRCLES

While in plank position and the washcloths under your hands, keep your feet stationary and draw a large circle one at a time with each arm. Complete 15 on each side per set.

SLIDING PUSHUPS

With the cloths still under your hands start on your hands and knees. Β Now slide them out as you go down into a pushup while still on your knees. Push back up and slide your hands back into the hands and knees position. Complete 15 per set.

SLIDING PLANK JACKS

Starting plank with the washcloths under your feet. Slide your feet together and apart for 1 minute per set.

SLIDING SQUATS

Stand up and stand on your left leg while your right leg is off to the side with the washcloth under your foot. Squat down with your left leg as your right slides out further to the side. Complete 15 on each side per set.
